One-on-one coaching questions
1:1 Coaching is for learners who want training built around their own speaking patterns, goals, and recurring mistakes. The four programs range from focused refinement in Precision to WordCraft's most comprehensive coaching and assessment experience in Benchmark.
Precision is a focused 20-session program for learners whose English is already good and needs refinement. Core adds more coaching, documented error auditing, milestones, and weekly evaluations. Intensive uses longer sessions for deeper fluency work, real-world scenarios, diagnostics, and progress tracking. Benchmark is the most extensive program, with 45 longer sessions, the fullest resource set, an exit report, and the Certified Speaker Assessment opportunity.
Yes. 1:1 learners are paired with a dedicated coach who works with them throughout the program.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to the WordCraft app and the resources included with your program. Within 48 hours, a dedicated coach is assigned based on your profile and preferred timings. Our coordinator then confirms your schedule and sends you the Zoom details you need to join. At your first session, your coach begins by understanding how you currently speak and mapping the direction of your coaching.
Precision includes 20 × 30-minute sessions to complete within 30 days. Core includes 30 × 30-minute sessions within 45 days. Intensive includes 30 × 45-minute sessions within 50 days. Benchmark includes 45 × 45-minute sessions within 75 days.
Your coach uses the beginning of the program to understand how you currently speak, identify the areas that need attention, and map the direction of your coaching. The depth of the roadmap and ongoing progress tracking depends on the program.
Yes. Please inform your coach or the support team at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Your coach will try to help you complete your sessions within the program validity period, but sessions missed without advance notice may reduce the number of sessions remaining.
Resources depend on your program and may include reference guides, online practice exercises, the Vocabulary Arsenal, diagnostic activities, scenario scripts, evaluation reports, and other program-specific materials. You can access your assigned WordCraft resources on mobile or through the web app.
Precision does not include a Certificate of Completion. Core, Intensive, and Benchmark do. Every learner who completes Benchmark receives its Certificate of Completion regardless of whether they earn the separate Certified Speaker credential.
No. The credential is earned separately from the Certificate of Completion. To qualify, a learner must score at least 7.0 overall in the final assessment, with no individual dimension below 6.0.
